You may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or life choices, or in need of support managing intense emotions after the birth of your baby. I have over 18 years’ experience supporting adolescents and adults to heal and make lasting changes. I support clients with developing insight, healing attachment wounds, and building security. I am influenced by the belief that we all have inner wisdom that guides us to pursue a life that is authentic and fulfulling.
I believe therapy can help us work through obstacles that prevent us from living fully, especially when it is grounded in an empathic and non-judgemental relationship.
